Sailor 1911L Casual Stable Fountain Pen - Muted Green GT

A pen that grows on you

Unlike bright greens that demand attention, Muted Green is understated and composed. The more you use it, the more you appreciate its depth and how well it pairs with gold.

The 1911 silhouette

Sailor's 1911 line takes its name from the year the company was founded. Its rounded, cigar-like shape is one of the most classic forms in fountain pen design, and the L size gives a comfortable, generous grip.

Writing with a Sailor nib

Expect precise lines and a lively, controlled feel on the page. Remember that Japanese sizes run fine: if you usually write with a European Medium, consider a Sailor Medium Fine or Medium.

Who will love it

• Writers who prefer earthy, natural colours
• Fans of Japanese stationery and Sailor inks
• Anyone looking for a dependable daily fountain pen with classic style

Perfect pairings

Sailor Shikiori Tokiwa-matsu ink, a deep pine green, complements this pen perfectly. For soft shading, try one of the Pilot Iroshizuku inks.
